Terms of Service

Welcome to Vmator, a service owned and operated by Investors Classifieds LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vmator’s platform, website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Vmator. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Vmator does not share or sell user data, employee data, or company financial information. Data shared with the Service is used solely for functionality and communication purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and technology provided through Vmator are owned by Investors Classifieds LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Vmator may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or policies of those third parties. Use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, reliability, or availability of the Service.

Investors Classifieds LLC disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from:

  • Service interruptions or technical failures;

  • Errors or inaccuracies in data; or

  • Unauthorized access to your account or information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investors Classifieds LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website or within the Service. Your continued use of Vmator after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
